Service-Based Business

Jointflush provides custom curtain stretching and textile decor services. As a service-based business, our work is tailored to each client's specific requirements and installed on-site.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or installation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our installation, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.

Material Returns

Custom-ordered materials and fabrics that have been cut or installed cannot be returned. Unused materials may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection and restocking fees.
